A walk is a nice way to break up the days boredom and give your dog a chance to explore his/her surroundings, however for high energy dogs or dogs prone to anxiety we recommend a run.
We have found that most dogs who are in good health (no hip or skeletal problems) benefit greatly from vigorous exercise and attain a relaxed, calm state of mind and body. Often times, if you are experiencing difficulties training or keeping your dog calm, it is usually from repressed energy. Nothing a good run can’t take care of!
We recommend an assessment prior to our first run, however most dogs can work up to a comfortable run quite quickly.
